Shipping options may vary depending on the weight, parcel size, delivery address and item availability. During checkout, we will display the available methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates so you can make an informed purchase.            

Please note that the creation time for customized embroidery products is not affected by expedited shipping! Expedited shipping only speeds up the delivery process.

Import Duties

Orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination. Thread Creations has no control over such charges and cannot predict them. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that Customs may hold your package for additional screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.
